On The Day Appointments
- Phone us Monday to Friday at 08.00 am.
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable Doctor, Nurse or Health Professional to help you.
Pre-booked appointments
Appointments are also available to pre-book
- Phone us Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
- Visit the surgery and speak with a Receptionist.

Your appointment
However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation either:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
Cancelling or changing an appointment
- Call us as soon as possible before the appointment.
If you need help when we are closed
If the situation is an emergency or life threatening, dial 999 and ask for an Ambulance.
The 111 service provides urgent care triage if you think you need A&E but its not life-threatening, and advice when your GP, Pharmacy or Dental Practice is closed.
If there is a danger to life or serious injury, dial 999 or go straight to A&E.

- If you need an interpreter.
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
