To order a repeat prescription
- Phone our Phoneline Service: 01475 553560 (option 2) between 9.00am and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, stating your: Name, DOB and Pharmacy you wish your prescription sent to.
- Use your 24 hour Patient Access account (on the Patient Access website or in the Patient Access app)
Your prescription will be ready for collection 72 hours after your order has been received. Only order a repeat prescription if you have less than 7 days of medication remaining.
We can also post your prescription to you if you provide us with a stamped, addressed envelope.

Medication reviews
We have a duty to review your health and medicines regularly. We will let you know if you need to make an appointment for a medication review with either our Doctors, Pharmacist or Advance Nurse Practitioners
If you need urgent advice about your medication outside our surgery hours, please call NHS 111.
